Job description: Full-time, year-round position, performing skilled carpentry work on residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, porches, additions, basements, windows/doors, and much more. You will need to work directly with homeowners on a daily basis. You will be part of our team of 75+ employees to effectively execute these remodel projects.

Residential Carpenter Qualifications:

• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Must have own vehicle
• Hand tools and most power tools required
• Trade Knowledge preferred in framing, sheetrock, kitchens, bathrooms, tile, trim, finish work, windows/doors.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the residential remodeling industry
• Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication and customer service skills needed.
• Customer service oriented
• Good references
• Able to work both independently and as a team player

Skills: Trim, finish work, tiling, framing, sheetrock/taping, hanging doors/windows, reading kitchen designs, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, install cabinetry.

  • Minimum Requirements:

    1. Valid License-Able to drive construction trucks with automatic and learn standard shift vehicles. (Light Commercial Vehicles)
    2. Carry setup and climb stepladders, extension ladders and basic scaffold.
    3. Work at heights of 30 feet, sometimes higher.
    4. Lift 80lbs. safely and properly.
    5. Work 8-10 hours on your feet.
    6. Work outdoors during summer heat and winter cold.
    7. Do basic math, read and utilize a measuring tape.
    8. Read, write and speak English.
    9. Able to work alone on specific tasks and learn basic carpenter skills.
