Another Satisfied Window Replacement Customer

The Window Replacement Challenge

A husband and wife grew tired of their old drafty and cold windows on their 1950’s ranch-style home in East Greenbush.  They knew they needed to get an estimate for window replacement, so they called a few of the big advertisers on the radio.  Enter the high pressure sales pitches.

Interestingly, the husband is an attorney and he has defended a lot of contractors in the past, so he knew what some people will claim to get business.   Fed up with the untrustworthy tactics,  he turned to his network for help.  Ultimately,  a friend recommended that he call Bennett Contracting.

What were the results?

We visit them and learn about their needs and budget, and they trust us to not only hire Bennett Contracting to replace all the windows, including the basement, but also to replace both the patio and the front storm doors, too.  While we were there, we noticed that they never had handrails at the front door  – so we added them as well.

Here’s what they had to say about the work

“It was a pleasure doing business with everyone in your company from George initially, to Josh who installed the railings and Carl and Jim who did the balance of the work on all the windows and doors. It was a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience working with people who not only know their jobs but were always responsive, prompt and eager to satisfy the customer. Carl and Jim were both a real treat from the typical workmen found on a job site. They were both readily available to answer questions, no matter how redundant or simple, and their work ethic was beyond reproach. They are superb representatives for your company and you should value them highly. We truly appreciate the professionalism and competence demonstrated by your organization.”
Very Truly Yours, Douglas S. ESQ.
